General Festival Information

  • Artville is Friday September 25 through Sunday September 27, 2026 at Walk of Fame Park in Downtown Nashville. There will also be art focused evening events in Wedgewood Houston and The Neuhoff District in Germantown.

    Parking is very limited in each area, please plan to use a ride share service.

  • The American Artisan Festival at Walk of Fame Park is free to attend and does not require a ticket for entry.

    There are additional events that require a ticket or free registration, check back soon for more details.

  • When visiting Walk of Fame Park, we recommend booking convenient and affordable parking in advance through SpotHero, the nation's leading parking reservations app. To reserve your parking spot for Artville, visit the Music City Walk of Fame Park SpotHero Parking Page

  • Rideshares are a safe and easy way to get to and from the festival. We highly recommend using them due to limited parking.

  • Yes, this is a family friendly event and all are welcome to attend. Kids and youth activities will be available onsite, check back soon for more info

Onsite Policies

  • Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed. Please review the full list of prohibited items before arriving and be aware that all bags will be subject to search upon entry.

  • Yes, there will be food vendors and bars will be selling water, soda, and alcoholic beverages.

  • Yes, official festival merchandise will be available for purchase at the festival.

  • Yes, restrooms will be located throughout the festival grounds. Hand sanitizing centers will be located inside each restroom. Handicap restrooms will be available.

  • Bags and backpacks are allowed and will be subject to search upon entry. Please review the full list of prohibited items before arriving for a stress-free entry

  • This festival is rain or shine. Any postponement or cancellation due to severe weather will be communicated via social media and email as necessary

  • Pets are allowed, please keep in mind the majority of the event takes place on hard surfaces that could be hot.

  • No. Smoking is not allowed at any event as it may disturb others in attendance.

  • Lost & found items will be held for 14 days following the event. Reach out to hello@artville.org regarding lost and found items

Allowed & Prohibited Items

    • Water bottles

    • Bags and backpacks are allowed and will be subject to search upon entry

    • Outside food or drink, including alcoholic beverages.

    • Coolers

    • Scooters/Bikes

    • Amplified sound systems

    • Disorderly conduct

    • Littering

    • Advertising, selling, or promoting any third party product (including, but not limited to, food and beverage items)

    • Fireworks

    • Generators

    • Grills or fryers

    • Kerosene lamps or open flames of any kind

    • Laser pointers

    • Drones

    • Noisemakers

    • Tents, stand umbrellas, and tarps

    • Weapons of any kind

    Please be aware that all bags, backpacks, etc. will be subject to search upon entry into the festival. Prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be held for later pickup.

Security Measures

  • The festival works closely with local authorities to ensure the safest possible experience. You’ll notice uniformed security throughout the event. They’re there to keep you safe, so don’t hesitate to ask them for help if you need immediate assistance.

    Please review the allowed and prohibited items list for a stress-free entry process, and email hello@artville.org if you have questions. Prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be held for later pickup.

    REMEMBER: You’re the eyes and ears of the festival. If you see something suspicious, say something.

How to Get Help

  • If you or a friend needs emergency assistance at the festival or if you see someone who looks like they need help, look for security personnel, any festival staff members, or anyone with a radio to assist you.‍ Staff will call 911 in the event of an emergency.

  • If you have questions, find a staff member or anyone with an event radio, we are happy to help you to the best of our ability.
